Songs Within is a space for connection, creativity, and transformation through songwriting.

I work with individuals and groups to explore voice, story, and expression — supporting reconnection with self and others through music.

Person-centred songwriting workshops for groups and communities. Exploring voice, connection, and self-expression through music.

I work closely with North Ayrshire Wellbeing and Recovery College, delivering ongoing songwriting programmes.

Trauma-informed, relational facilitation supporting individuals and groups to safely explore their stories through sound and songwriting.

Collaborative projects bringing people together through music — creating shared experiences, connection, and meaningful creative outcomes.

I also offer 1:1 work with families and young people with complex needs, providing music, songwriting, and therapeutic sound sessions.

I’ve worked with leading charities across Scotland including PAMIS, Drake Music, Sense Scotland, musicALL, and Beatroute Arts.

Lecturer in Music Leadership at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for the past six years.
